Personal Experience
Splitting time between Houston, Texas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, I manage a business practice focused upon the needs of small to medium sized business entities and their owners, including formation, governance and operational issues across a range of industries, with a focus on real estate, construction, hospitality and related business enterprises. My litigation practice concentrates on the trial and appeal of civil, construction and commercial disputes focusing on real property and construction disputes, as well as contract disputes of varying description.

In New Mexico, I am focused on serving as a neutral mediator in consumer, commercial, construction and real estate disputes, both before and during litigation. I am an advocate for early and effective mediation.
